The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at Mahath Amma Institute of Engineering and Technology (MAIET) was established on May 5, 2018, following a year-long inspection of the college. Its primary objective is to develop a system aimed at fostering conscious, consistent, and catalytic improvements in the institution's overall performance. The IQAC meticulously plans quality initiatives in line with the standards set by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council of India, ensuring a culture of quality and integrating quality parameters into the institution's operations. It regularly evaluates both academic and administrative processes, taking necessary measures to continually enhance the services provided. As quality enhancement is an ongoing endeavor, the IQAC convenes regularly, conducts audits, and ensures timely submission of records to accreditation and ranking authorities. At MAIET, our commitment to quality is unwavering, reflected in the establishment and functioning of the IQAC in accordance with NAAC guidelines.
The IQAC is formed with the Head of the institution serving as the Chairperson, along with heads of significant academic and administrative units, selected faculty members, distinguished educators, representatives from local management, and stakeholders.
